A. Payment options
We offer you the following payment options:
I. Domestic shipping:
For deliveries inside Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless the relevant product display in the offer specifies otherwise:
- Advance payment by Bank Transfer
- Cash-on-delivery
- Cash payment on collection
II. International shipping:
For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless the relevant product display in the offer specifies otherwise:- Advance payment by Bank transfer
- Cash payment on collection
If you are collecting the goods yourself, we will inform you initially by email that they are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods from the address arranged after a time is agreed. Of course there will be no delivery charges in this case.
B. Delivery
- Depending on the scope of your order, shipment will take place via DHL/standard mail.
- We dispatch worldwide.
In general, shipment abroad is done via DHL/standard mail. When an order is placed, the shipment and packaging costs incurred in each case will be added to the invoice.
C. Postage costs
I. Shipment inside Germany:
For shipment inside Germany we charge a flat fee of €6 in postage costs.
II. Shipment abroad:
The postage for countries within Europe is: €12.50, for Great Britain €17.50 and for the rest of the world and overseas €48,50.
Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional charges may be incurred, for example because of customs. These must be borne by you.
D. Delivery times
I. Lieferzeit national:
In general it takes about one and three working days for a package to be delivered. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
II. International delivery times:
Shipments are dispatched 1-2 days after payment is received. Delivery times vary by country.
